In my latest column, “Lo que vestimos, lo que somos y seremos,” I explore how clothing functions as a mirror of identity—how it reveals where we come from, the communities we belong to, and the stories we carry.

What we wear makes us legible. It places us in certain contexts, allows us to belong, or challenges us to stand out. Fashion is not just about appearance—it's a language we use to negotiate who we are, both in the eyes of others and in our own internal journey.
I reflect on how identity isn’t static—it’s something we construct over time, through inherited codes, personal decisions, and cultural influences. In this way, fashion becomes a tool for experimentation, for creating new narratives, and for imagining other ways of being.
Ultimately, style is not only about self-expression—it’s about transformation. Our clothes hold the power to tell stories about our past, shape our present, and open up possibilities for who we are becoming.
