What You Create, Transforms You in Return

Updated: 6 days ago

In my latest column, “Lo que creás también te transforma,” I tell the story of Clau, a woman who turned to creativity as a way back to herself.

She came to me in the middle of a health process—full of questions, fears, and an urge to make sense of what was happening in her body. What unfolded was more than just a coaching process. It became a journey of authorship. A reclaiming. A slow weaving of symbols, images, and gestures that helped her name what felt unspeakable.

Word by word, drawing by drawing, Clau stopped being just the protagonist of her story and became its author. In her courage, I saw again what I deeply believe: that creation is a path of return. A way of inhabiting our story from within, not just surviving it from the outside.

This piece is not only about her. It’s about all of us who have ever needed to reorder the pieces after rupture. It’s about the quiet intimacy of creating something true—something that makes room for who we are now, and who we’re becoming.
